ARCHITECTURAL CHANGE APPLICATION

An application for approval from the Architectural Committee is required for ANY structural/building change to any home or lot in Kings Grant Subdivision. This includes, but is not limited to, home additions, fences, pools, outbuildings, paving projects, major landscaping changes, etc. If you are unsure whether or not your project requires approval, please ask the Architectural Committee. You may fill out the information in the fields below, and click the 'submit' button to complete your application online.
